This program is geared towards tweens, teens, and adults - families are welcome to sign up together! At a Korean table, you decide what to eat, how to mix it, and how much to take. Bibim-bap means mixed rice. Yesterday’s bits. Today’s joy. Bring it all together with chopsticks and make your bowl sing. Eat big spoonfuls. What’s your best bite? Food ethnographer and award-winning picture book author June Jo Lee will teach us how to turn leftovers into belonging and bowls into a neighborhood remix. For teens, adults, and families. Please visit the Lafayette Library if you'd like to view a photo of the delicious creation we'll be making together. This program is made possible thanks to support from the Friends of the Lafayette Library and the LLLC Foundation.
